Christopher M. Newcomb


Christopher M. Newcomb was born and raised in Conneaut, Ohio, and is currently an associate attorney with The Iarocci Law Firm, LLC.

Cris obtained his high school diploma from Conneaut High School in 2001. Cris graduated from Defiance College in 2005 where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Art Degree (Business Administration Major and Criminal Justice Minor), while serving as a Presidential Bonner Service Leader and earning a three-year letter in baseball, among other activities.

Cris received his Juris Doctorate Degree and Specialization in General Practice, Solo Firm from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in September of 2008 and obtained his license to practice law on May 18, 2009 after passing the Ohio Bar Examination. He is a current member of the Ashtabula County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Cris was elected to the Conneaut Area City School Board in the November 2011 election for a term of four years.

Cris is also actively involved in many community organizations, including the Conneaut Education Foundation Board of Trustees, Ashtabula County Red Cross Board of Directors, Conneaut Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Young Professionals of Ashtabula County, Ashtabula County Democratic Party and Conneaut Elk’s Lodge 256.

Cris is very proud to be living in Conneaut and Ashtabula County following his educational achievements and looks forward to a long and successful career serving the community in many different ways.
