Jennie L. Chicatelli


Jennie L. Chicatelli was born and raised in Conneaut, Ohio. She is the daughter of Emma (Lyubi) Fowler and the late Dean M. Fowler, Sr. She is a 1973 graduate of Conneaut High School.

Jennie has been married to Richard Chicatelli since 1976. They have one son, Jason, who resides in Canton, Ohio with his wife, Alexandria.

After raising her son, she started her legal career in 1985 as legal secretary for Conneaut Law Director Kyle B. Smith. In 1987, she was hired by the late Judge Vaughn Tittle as Deputy Clerk of the Civil Division at Conneaut Municipal Court, where she held that position until December, 1999. In, January, 2000 she joined the Iarocci Law Firm, LLC as a Legal Assistant.

Jennie has served the City of Conneaut as past Secretary/Treasurer for the Conneaut Impact Committee, a former drug awareness/education program; Past board member of the Conneaut Community Center; Past board member of Port Conneaut Federal Credit Union; Former Red Cross Volunteer; Member of BMH Women’s Auxiliary; Former member of Court Clerks Association. Jennie is a member of St. Mary/St. Frances Cabrini Church.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and walking.

She enjoys living in Conneaut and working to serve the public.
